Intermittent FMLA Leave a Top Challenge for Employers

Littler recently surveyed more than 1,200 HR professionals, attorneys, and executives about their employment law concerns. Seventy-nine percent of those surveyed indicated they face challenges caused by the patchwork of FMLA-related rules and regulations.  To help you with this daunting task, ComplianceHR has created two new applications: Navigator Leave and Navigator Leave Rapid Reference.

Navigator Leave enables users to easily generate 50-state compliant leave forms.  These forms cover the entire leave lifecycle, from leave request forms to the employee’s return to work certification.  Each form is  saved to your ComplianceHR dashboard, so you can quickly return to the forms you’ve generated in the past.

As well, Navigator Leave Rapid Reference is a tool that allows you to select any state and quickly retrieve a side-by-side overview of federal and state requirements.  They are organized into simple categories, such as employee eligibility, length of leave, and required notices.  For example, you can select California, and within seconds the application returns the intermittent leave requirements under both FMLA and the California Family Rights Act.

Both solutions are available on your ComplianceHR landing page and will provide you with more confidence as you manage leave for your company.  Instead of struggling to check multiple sources for varying state regulations, our solutions provide a reliable source of 50-state compliant forms and regulations.
