Important Workplace Poster Update
As you know, we love to keep our audience up to date on what’s happening in employment law. For example, did you know that the EEOC updated the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster?
As a result, the copy of the poster in your workplace needs to be updated. This will ensure your organization is in compliance. Don’t forget to update any electronic copy of the poster your organization may use in addition to the physical copies posted at your work sites.
If you’re a client, you can use our Navigator Posters solution to view the updated poster along with posting requirements. Select any jurisdiction within the solution, and you will see this information displayed close to the top of the screen. It will be located in the Federal Requirements section.

You can access workplace poster update information in two ways on your platform:
- In the Reference Center, select the topic “Posters”
- Under Navigator Pay Practices, click “Use Rapid Reference” and select “Navigator Posters”
