Approximately 5 years ago, we made an investment in Navigator OT to support our FLSA determinations. To this day, we are glad we made that decision. The platform not only provides an extra layer of assurance in assessing the level of risk for a job from an FLSA classification perspective, but also serves as a central repository for storing such evaluations. The OTN tool has been very convenient in that it provides for a consistent and streamlined process in how we review and assess FLSA classifications and associated levels of risk.
