After graduating from Siena University with a BS in Computer Science, Joseph earned a JD, cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law with an International and Comparative Law Certificate, and is admitted to the Illinois Bar. Nearly 20 years productizing professional services and leading B2B SaaS product and operations sit behind Joseph's work, and his dual training in law and software places him squarely at the intersection of employment law and software.
As Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy, Joseph leads the work of building things people genuinely need and growing the teams that keep improving them at scale. Whether optimizing video encoders or productizing professional services into B2B software that's been used more than a million times, Joseph's varied career has always centered on product.
