Kimball has built his career at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and business strategy, taking on senior leadership roles across management consulting, software, and professional services. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of California, Davis. It's a foundation that pairs technical precision with strategic fluency and helps him lead a platform built on regulatory rigor.
Every day, Kimball offers guidance and encouragement that helps the ComplianceHR team succeed while he builds a culture that attracts talented people and keeps them motivated. His favorite part of the CEO job is collaborating with his team in developing and testing solutions to shared challenges.
