A few months ago, we created a new version of Navigator Overtime. If you’re a current user of our solutions, we hope you are enjoying the new look and feel of Navigator OT.
Since is release, we have developed a new copy functionality, making Navigator OT easier to use. Now, when you copy legacy evaluations from Navigator OT Legacy, a new evaluation is generated using the updated questionnaire. The copied evaluation is saved within Navigator OT, instead of the legacy solution. Additionally, it will generate the updated risk report upon completion.
Some suggested ways to leverage the new copy function:
- Keep all the questionnaire answers the same to generate the risk report in the new format, allowing all of your reports to look consistent
- Update a few questions to generate a risk report for a position that’s similar to, but not entirely the same, as the position that was evaluated in the legacy version
- Keep the questionnaire answers the same but use the position title to help organize legacy evaluations in the new version
